How to Get Here
If you’re traveling from Prescott, the drive to Van Dickson Ranch takes about 25–30 minutes. Simply head west on Iron Springs Road for roughly 14 miles until you reach Van Dickson Road, just before the railroad underpass. Turn right, follow the road over the hill and under the trestle, and you’ll see the ranch signs guiding you in.
Guests coming from Phoenix should plan for a 1 hour 45 minute to 2 hour drive. Take I‑17 north to Prescott via AZ‑69, then follow Montezuma → Whipple → Iron Springs Road for about 14 miles until you reach Van Dickson Road. Turn right and follow the signs to the ranch. Both routes are scenic, and the ranch is only half a mile off Iron Springs Road once you make the turn.
